The apartment house is situated at the best spot possible in Ski Resort Zadov in a quiet place boasting gorgeous views and very good accessibility for skiers, cyclists and walking tourists the whole year round. The brand new modern apartment with a spacious balcony with a magical view directly between the Šumava ski slopes Kobyla and Churáňov. The apartment has its own parking place right in front of the building entrance .
And what can you actually look forward to? It is a fully equipped 1 + kk with a sleeping gallery with a lowered ceiling. On the contrary, the main room has a very high ceiling and is very spacious. There is a large covered balcony with outdoor seating..
Are you traveling as a couple or with your family? Don't worry; you will fit in just fine… You will sleep upstairs on a comfortable double bed and you will also have a convertible single bed at your disposal (4 comfortable places for sleeping). All this
on a total area of 45 square meters .
On the covered balcony you can enjoy for example morning coffee and a breathtaking view of the wooded valley and the surrounding hills. And when you get up early you will see the sunrise.
Don't hesitate to take your bikes, skis, sledges or bobsleighs with you; you can hide them in our bike room / ski room or in own easily accessible cellar. Hiking trails run directly around the building and in winter, you just have to put on skis and go down the piste.
The average altitude of this region is 980 m.a.s.l.
There are a total of 83 one-thousander here, which is the most in the Czech Republic.
Among the most famous are Poledník 1.315 m.a.s.l., Černá Hora 1.315 m.a.s.l., Churáňovský vrch 1.118 m.a.s.l. or Javorník 1.065 m.a.s.l..
The equipped apartment is located in a modern building with the spacious terrace and its own garage in the quiet outskirts of the village Bavorská Ruda (Bayerisch Eisenstein)
within comfortable walking distance to the center - at the exit in the direction of the ski resort Velký Javor (Großer Arber) located at a distance of 5.5 km.
You will find everything you need in it, whether travelling alone, as a couple or with children. There are two separate rooms - fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher
living room with convertible sofa bed and smart TV and a spacious bedroom with a double bed and stylish wardrobes with sufficient storage space.
We have also prepared board games, useful informational publications including maps of the surroundings.
The apartment has a spacious partially covered terrace facing southeast with a beautiful view of the Velký Javor peak with exceptional opportunity for outside sitting, relaxation or sunbathing - both in summer and winter months. The apartment includes a spacious garage -- where you can comfortably park your car and store all your sports equipment. The apartment is fully equipped with the possibility of own laundry.
The location of the apartment directly encourages you to visit the ski resort with modern sports infrastructure Velký Javor (Großer Arber – 1.456 m.a.s.l.), but also other sports facilities in the nearby area mainly several well-maintained resorts with a wide selection of cross-country ski tracks.
(Langlaufzentrum Bretterschachten etc.).
If you don't want to commute by car for sports activities, 100 m from the apartment you will find the starting point for several cross-country circuits in the vicinity of Bavorská Ruda – there are shorter ski slopes for beginners within walking distance from the apartment house.
What would be a holiday without the possibility of pleasant body regeneration after sports activities..? The Osserbad Wellness Center in nearby Lam offers a complete range of relaxation facilities (saunas, indoor and outdoor pool with water slides for children, whirlpool, sun bath, etc.)
Of course, the location close to the Czech - German border allows you to enjoy the best of German precision and cultivated, peaceful environment as well as the folk hospitality of numerous pubs and classic mountain huts in Železná Ruda and its surroudings.
